Apple cider vinegar has come into major popularity in the last couple years for good reason because there are many health benefits to apple cider vinegar The way you make it is you cut apples You crushed them and mix them with yeast Yeast turns to sugar from apples into alcohol which is how you make cider then bacteria added that ferments the alcohol into acidic acid is the main portion of apple cider vinegar it is the main active ingredient even though it only makes up about 5% of Apple cider vinegar is a low calorie drink It has about 3 calories per tablespoon and no carbs.
It is really high in amino acids and antioxidants which is great for gut health and overall health in general It also works as an amazing disinfectant and anti-bacterial It is awesome for killing bacteria on your skin for cleaning around your house too There are other several benefits that we are going over today and we will get a little bit more in depth Let us know in the comments below if you have tried apple cider vinegar and what benefits you have noticed from it.
Let us jump over to the seven apple cider vinegar benefits This is the most popular benefit. The number one benefit is weight loss. Apple cider vinegar has been shown to be very helpful in weight loss from studies You will consume fewer calories. Science shows if you consume apple cider vinegar and the reason this is because apple cider vinegar makes your stomach feel fuller for longer periods of time What we recommend doing is put a tablespoon or half tablespoon in a pinnacle of water and drinking it right before you eat dinner Studies show that you will consume less calories What we have also seen is that it will help decrease triglycerides. It will decrease body fat percentage It will also help decrease your belly fat The second one is acne.
Due to its anti-bacterial and disinfecting properties Apple cider vinegar may kill acne causing bacteria It has not been studied as far as apple cider vinegar goes This has not been studied with acne but acidic acid has been studied and has been shown to be beneficial for acne which is awesome. Apple cider vinegar can even help with scarring and discoloration as well because on the skin it can act like a chemical peel. You do need to be careful if you are applying apple cider vinegar to your skin. You do want to dilute it I would start with half and half dilution with water you do not want to apply it to any broken skin or open wound because it does have the ability to burn your skin however it can be awesome for acne Number 3 is apple cider vinegar for your hair. Apple cider vinager can help make your hair shine a little bit more It can help with your scalp care as well.
Apple cider vinegar is acidic with with about a pH of 3 when you mix this with water this is actually great for the outer layer of your hair and it hardens the outer layer and it flattens your cuticle This results in the shiny hair that we just talked about but it is also a gentle exfoliant. You could use it on your scalp to help with itchiness and you can use it on your scalp to help with dandruff too It is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal properties. It is a great overall thing for dandruff itchy scalp and just making your hair shine To make a conditioner solution mix 2 to 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with about 16 ounces of filtered water then 2 to 3 drops of lavender oil and treat it like a conditioner. You put it in your hair Rub it in, exfoliate and then let it sit for about a minute or two then just wash it off like you would in a conditioner Number 4 is your face We kind of touched on this a little bit but apple cider vinegar can help decrease the appearance of wrinkles, acne, and even sunburns Now to make a homemade face wash with apple cider vinegar You can take a 1/4 cup of liquid castile soap mix that with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar just wash your face nightly as you normally would.

Skin toner are made to cleanse and tighten the skin that is exactly what apple cider vinegar does it helps tighten your skin cells and what that is going to do is act as a toner essentially that is pretty much how it works to make this you mix one part of apple cider vinegar with 2 parts of water spray it on to organic cotton round and rub it on your skin wherever you would like. It will help reduce wrinkles and pretty much discoloration like we talked about earlier and lines all that Number 6 is acid reflux Acid reflux occurs when the acid from your stomach flows backwards into your esophagus and you get that sour taste in your mouth and burning sensation in your chest people have claimed that apple cider vinegar can help to alleviate acid reflux however there have been no studies on this the acidity of the stomach apple cider vinegar is going to help with that it is going to balance your stomach’s pH it should help theoretically with that acid reflux that you have got going on to drink it try adding one tablespoon and adding it to a cup of water.
We talked about this a little bit earlier you can add a little bit of lemon or something like that to it as well cinnamon for taste. We will talk about recipes a little bit later on Number 7 is the same that is apple cider vinegar for heart burn heart burn is the same thing as indigestion. It is great for that cold winter day The recipe for warm lemon cinnamon apple cider is one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar lemon juice, and a teaspoon of cinnamon then two cups of boiling water I have got the limeaid apple cider drink which is awesome for summertime. It is spring now. It is getting getting a little warmer so maybe you will like this limeaid apple cider drink It is one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar one tablespoon of lime juice freshly squeezed is best, one teaspoon of Stevia and two cups of cold water Number 3 is ginger spiced apple cider vinegar ginger spiced apple cider vinegar drink perfect for soothing an upset stomach ginger is a great soother for stomach so is apple cider vinegar combine the two you can even get better bang for your buck so the recipe for this is one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of organic apple juice 1 teaspoon of Stevia.
I completely skipped mine Let’s back up ginger spice, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, teaspoon of Stevia in 2 cups of cold water. I was doing your next one The next one is the best one anyway. It is the apple pie apple cider vinegar drink which is perfect for anytime really but great for a sweet tooth because it is a little bit sweeter if you are watching your sugar then be careful with that to make the apple pie apple cider vinegar drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar two tablespoons of organic apple juice one teaspoon of Stevia, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 2 cups of cold or warm water depending on what time of the year it is I guess number 5 is the honey cayenne apple cider vinegar drink.
This is if you like a little sweet and heat. A little sweet from the honey and a little heat from the cayenne This is great for boosting your metabolism and then adds a little sweetness is what’s nice about it this recipe is great for sore throat and a cold winter night. It is going to be served warm one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar two tablespoons of honey, one dash of cayenne pepper and two cups of warm water Is apple cider vinegar actually good for you? We have talked about a lot of the health benefits or potential health benefits but there are a couple things you just need to keep in mind if you are going to take apple cider vinegar you want to make sure that are consuming one to two tablespoons a day but no more you should always dilute it when you are taking it too much can actually cause tooth erosion and skin burns depending on how you are using it but it has so many health benefits It is backed by science for weight loss, for acne treatment it is great for hair health and overall well being We use it daily and we recommend that you try it out click the share button to share the video with somebody who you think might benefit also let us know in the comments below if you have tried apple cider vinegar.
